Relationship between Training and Development and Employees Performance: An Analysis

Training and development play significant role in achieving an organization’s goals. It provides the employees with various knowledge and practical experience to accomplish the tasks. Training and development enhances employees’ morale and skills that also impact on their personal accomplishments. It is suggested that training and development and employees’ performance is closely related and has substantial influence on achievement. This paper follows qualitative methods to study on the importance of the relationship between training and development and employees’ performance and their contribution to the organizational demands and goals. It analyses different literature to discuss the issue.
