In this study, the crime of persecution, which is one of the crimes applied to the public by the executive section of the Ottoman Empire, which is referred to as AHF, will be dealt with. First of all, the main source of research is to be informed about the complaints books and the importance of. Later, the crime of persecution will be addressed in the history of Islam and the course of the Ottoman Empire.
