Abstract: |
In order to develop a new antibacterial material for the treatment of bacterial infection, a ZnO array nanoflower (ZnO@NRF) was designed and synthesized by a simple and efficient hydrothermal method without template, seed or substrate. Through SEM test found that ZnO nanoflowers are composed of many well arranged ZnO nanorods with typical conical characteristics. Besides, ZnO@NRF can inhibit the growth of bacteria such as Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus. ZnO@NRF has a good killing performance for bacteria, which makes it a promising antibacterial nanomaterial in biomedical field. |
